Dumpling Dipping Sauce Recipe

Hungry again, I looked for something to eat in the refrigerator. I saw a pack of bread seasoned with sugar and something. I always like to make something ordinary, extra ordinary. So i decided to make a dip. Sadly, there wasn't anything i can make from the ingredients available, so I just made a simple and quick to make dip. Tomato sauce and mayonnaise dip. That's it! Next time though, I'd like to make other kinds of dips. So I searched the web and here are few recipes I found.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:

    3 tablespoons light soy sauce
    3 tablespoons dark soy sauce
3 tablespoons red rice vinegar or red wine vinegar
    1 teaspoon hot chili oil
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar, or to taste
1 clove garlic, peeled and chopped
    1 teaspoon minced ginger

Preparation:
Combine all the ingredients. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 1 hour to give the flavors a chance to blend.
