Yes, frustrations, unsatisfactions, and envy result from desiring what others have and unrealistic expectations of ourselves and others. Instead of focusing on this, we might as well be thankful of what we have, work on the aspects which needs improvements, do our best to develop ourselves. And this will not only bring happiness to ourselves, but also our reasonableness will shine to others and; you might not know this, this action make God happy before anything else.
